Online Store Assistant

Wheels & Dollbaby is currently seeking a part-time Online Store Assistant.

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join us at our office in Casuarina (WA). Must have a strong regard for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine love for fashion.

About the role

Wheels & Dollbaby is a fast-paced business, where you will have a chance to learn and grow as part of one of Australia’s most iconic fashion labels.

Your duties will include, but aren’t limited to:

Uploading inventory into our e-commerce platform.

Preparation and packaging of goods for dispatch as well as dispatching online orders.

Communicate with customers regarding online orders, returns or exchanges.

General digital marketing duties, including small graphic design and email newsletters. Collaboration with external marketing company as required.

Assisting as required during collection photoshoots, for example by filming content for our socials.

About you

This is a part-time role suited to individuals with a love for fashion. Prior experience with online stores - regardless of the industry - is a must.

The Wheels & Dollbaby office and warehouse are located in Casuarina. The candidate must live in WA and be able to drive to our office premises.

Knowledge of online store systems like Squarespace and Shopify is highly valued. Knowledge of Canva and other mailing systems like Klavyio and MailChimp will also be valued.

You must have the right to work in Australia.
