Please read the below Returns Policy to ensure your return request meets our criteria. All return requests must be made within 30 days upon receiving of goods.

All international orders (excluding USA )  Custom duties, taxes and import fees are not included at checkout and they are the customers responsibility on checkout.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid custom fees , incorrect address and non collection the following applies.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

A restocking fee will be deducted from any refund

Restocking fee - USA 

10% of order plus $10 handling fee plus shipping costs.

All other international orders -

$10 handling fee plus shipping costs

Refusal delivery  -  We do not offer refunds

Refunds cover the product cost only and will be processed once the item is returned to us.

USA - US orders are shipped with duties and tariffs prepaid. If a US parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address or non collection, the tariff fee is non refundable as it has already been paid on your behalf. Should you wish to have your order redelivered, all delivery costs, including shipping fees and any duties and tariffs are at your expense.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order , please contact the carrier first - once the parcel is marked delivered Wheels and Dollbaby are not responsible for loss or theft and refunds will not be issued.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and arranging delivery or collection at their local post office. Wheels and Dollbaby are not responsible for parcels not collected within the carriers time frame.
